THE COMPOSER

I have a Bachelors degree in musicology from the University of Oslo and am currently doing a masters degree in «Composing for Film and TV» at Kingston University, London. In my bachelors degree i had main focus on orchestration, composition and musical analysis. I seek to maintain this focus in my masters degree.

In 2012 i composed music for the animation film Warp by Simon Furdal and Kristian Kim Larsen, both then students of animation at Volda Univesity College. Warp has been showed at «Montreal Stop Motion Festival» and «Fredrikstad Animation Festival»

In 2013 i placed second in a composition competition at Kingston University with a piece for chamber choir. I have also composed and arranged music for symphony orchestra, bands, choirs and other traditional and untraditional ensembles.
